What items are eligible for exchange?
A product is eligible for exchange within the first 7 days after receipt from www.pth-homes.com in case of the following scenario:
- An order is incomplete or wrong
- An item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- An item does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
- An item on sale cannot be exchanged
How to claim an exchange?
- You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to info@pth-homes.com or calling at +92 321 8438587.
- You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at info@pth-homes.com within 7 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.
How to send back an item for exchange?
In case an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you will have to send the defective product back to PTH Homes within 7 days of purchase.
Upon receipt, PTH Homes shall issue a replacement against the product mentioned in the Invoice.
What items are not eligible for exchange?
Exchange cannot be made in case of the following scenario:
- CUSTOMIZED ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED
- Exchange request made outside the specified time frame
- The product has been used
- The product is damaged because of the use
- The product has tampered
- Invoice is missing
- An item on sale cannot be exchanged
When is a refund applicable?
A “refund” may only be issued if:
- In case of an online transfer, the customer cancels the order before PTH Homes starts processing the shipment.
- The shipment has been delayed due to weather issues, logistic issues, political issues, etc.
Cancellation of Orders
· PTH Homes has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as – item is out of stock, or if an online payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
· Client can cancel an order before the start of processing of order and dispatching of shipment within the first 24 hours. Thereafter, the client is required to pay the due amount and receive his/her order.
