Shipping Charges

We currently offer free home delivery for orders amounting to PKR 2,599 or more within Pakistan.

For international orders, shipping costs depend on the weight of the parcel and the destination. Our team will contact you to confirm your order and share the grand total, including shipping costs calculated at actual rates. The parcel will be shipped once payment has been received.

Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed on our website, our support team will call to confirm it. Only orders confirmed via phone call, email, or SMS are processed and dispatched. Unconfirmed orders will not be dispatched, as there is a high risk of the parcel being returned or the order being fraudulent.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery time for domestic orders within Pakistan is 7–10 working days.

For international orders, standard delivery time is 10–15 days after the order is confirmed and payment is received.

Payment Options

For orders within Pakistan, customers can choose Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, or credit/debit card payment.

International customers must make an advance payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or Western Union. Order processing begins once payment is received.
